They gave me the wrong pre roll. When I went in they told me they can’t take anything back and gave me a whole exaggerated guide on how to “potentially” get what I originally paid for. Like their mistake is now what is causing time to be wasted.

They are big on gender assumptions here. Cashier 63667 1/1/26 20:03pm when I corrected her after being referred to as the wrong gender 6x, not exaggerating 6x I wasn't even offered an apology.

Visited this establishment while on a trip to Chicago. The outside was clean and the building has cool curb appeal. Once we entered the building the experience was great. Everyone that worked there was very pleasant and helpful. I would mention them all by name but I lost the paper they wrote their names on. We had stellar conversation with everyone and my husband and the manager were vibin' on various stories about life. They recommended excellent products as well. The prices were amazing and they offer a great selection. The business has a kiosk style format but they have someone there to assist - if needed. There is also an on-site ATM available for your service. We'd definitely return the next time we're in town. I highly recommend it and encourage y'all to check them out. I'm sure you'll receive top notch, high quality products and service and have a wonderful time while shopping! Let's ASCEND!!! 😉
