He’s friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and always takes the time to explain everything—especially how the reward points build up and how to get the most value. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does, and that attitude goes a long way. In life, it’s not always about the price—sometimes the service and the way you’re treated make all the difference. I found this place when I landed as it was right east of O’hare airport. Decent vibe, staff was friendly and I enjoyed my experience. Only issue is just the lack of overall quality in ILL in general. Not the fault of this dispensary just hard to give any dispo in ILL five stars until the cultivators there step up their game (outside of the boutique brands that have their own flower). But I had a good experience and it did the trick!
