OK. I'm 66 years old. Trying to understand how THC can help me (as My Doctor has given me a THC Rx for several diagnosis). I was confused. But Alexis took the time to explain my options. AND she did not rush me through. She actually asked me intelligent questions, that helped me understand my options. Additionally, when I asked for any current "sales", she was able to find sales items that still met my needs! PS: EarthMed needs MORE folks like Alexis! I'll use EarthMed as my primary Dispensary (i.e.; stop using the others; and use the dispensary that treats customers great and helps deliver value).

This place is gold. Throughout the years of going, each and every staff member has been splendid with assisting you with their daily speicals; with an ever-changing binder of information. This review is for 12/04/2025 after 18:30PM. Oh my. I am not disappointed at all. About todays visit, José was very nice to talk to about my conquest for something more sleep enduring to calm my hyperactivity. I had a wonderful conversation to the point,I decided to try something else than the usual go-to's. I ended up getting an even better deal and also found new products, that I had tried but decided to go for another go. I highly recommend going there. The selections and prices are very reasonable. Sourced and most importantly. The whole experience with the staff. Is SUPER! Not just today, but every other time before as well. But I had a wonderful time today and I couldn't have been happier!

He went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed, and his exceptional customer service truly reminded me why I love coming back to this location. The staff here are consistently friendly and professional, and every visit is a great experience. You guys have a great team/staff at the Rosemont location. Elias definitely deserves 100 points all across the board. I Highly recommend this dispensary! Even with a medical card, I purposely come to this location because of the staff and the wonderful work that they do. You guys truly know how to take care of your customers thank you. It was me and my boyfriend first time in this part of Chicago. Pulling up to the hotel it was the first and closest dispensary we seen. The customer service was great. We were helped at the door by Joe G. He gave us some excellent advice and tips on how to order and what we can find on the tablets that were set up. Then cashed out with Bianca at the register. Both were very friendly and helpful. Bianca also recommended us a dab pen that she liked and that we both would enjoy. Definitely going back.
