No major complaints, but the Bears lost after a lot of over confidence. As a Rams fan and football in general. You should still honor your "when" the Bears win promo. I do respect the appreciation, passion and overconfidence. I I figure it was a big loss to the state and they would be looking for something to pass the time and that's when Sunnyside comes into play. I know you have good deals on most stuff all the time but you would have put a smile on a angry Bear's face face if you had honored that deal. But I get it. Still a customer, just not today. I’ve been coming to this store for years. Shout out to the young lady named Jo working that helped me out today. Very friendly and great at her job. People like her just make me happy! Service like this Definitely wants to make me come back.

The online store is simple and straightforward. When there have been long lines I'm always surprised at how fast they move. Most importantly, the staff has always been very, very helpful. They must have one hell or a hiring manager because the folks at the the counter have just been great. Robin was the most recent but they've all been great over the years when I find myself in Illinois.

My mom is suffering badly from stenosis starting from a compression fracture in her lower back. After our 2nd purchase we ran into Kim at the help post. Then and again today she has been outstanding helping us figure out what to try. She was so friendly & welcoming when we first met her on our second trip to the dispensary. Not only is she a wealth of knowledge, but she truly cares! In our 4 trips to Sunnyside we’ve dealt with a few people and so far only encountered 2 sunny people. Kim & the guy that checked us out the first time. Will look for another our next trip.
