I like that I am able to make an order online for pick up, I like the fact that I receive a text that my order is ready for pick up, but I DON'T LIKE when I go to pick up my order & the items I chose are no longer in stock.. makes no sense.. speaking of Sense... I never get my correct change back! Yes I want all my change back!

I purchased $40 worth of pre-rolls and the Afghan one gave me a massive migraine for two days. I couldn’t do nothing. They had no sense no smell no taste when you burn it. The deprival won’t even burn down to the to the end, but it’s no good. I will not perch. I don’t know. I’m scared to put it from here again because of the bad quality I spoke to Joe. He said it was nothing that he could do. He could’ve gave me something free but it’s OK but I will not be shopping here again. I called the manager and he told me there’s nothing he can do ok really watch this Don’t buy this product waste of money

3 stars just for the crazy prices. The rest sucks. Website sucks. Their service sucks. Very standoffish, unhelpful and rude. No real stoner vibe here just cold, rude judgmental NPC zombie type character's. Definitely be ready for attitudes and being rushed and treated like your stupid by some brain dead robot who has no personality of their own. I'll actually stop by again for the prices but they won't be tipped like I tip at my helpful dispensary:)

I’m extremely disappointed with the cartridge I purchased from Greenheart Dispensary. The oil is way too dark, which is a clear sign of poor quality or improper processing. The taste is harsh and disgusting, making it completely unenjoyable. For a dispensary that claims to sell quality products, this is unacceptable. I expected better and definitely won’t be purchasing from here again. Save your money and go somewhere that actually cares about product quality.
