Budtender experience varies a bit between "fine/okay" and "great". Most are attentive and knowledgeable, but occasionally you'll get one who isn't as much of those things. Examples: one asked me if I wanted to add a pre-roll to my order for a penny (a special they regularly do, IIRC) but then didn't ask if I had a preference for which strain; a different time, I asked for a recommendation for a hybrid that "leans more indica" but that doesn't cause sleepiness, and from that, the budtender somehow got weirdly confused/hung up on whether I wanted a hybrid *or* to be sleepy simply because I mentioned the word "indica" somewhere in my sentence... Not all indica-hybrids are sleepy??? So that was weird, but I've never had a truly bad experience here. They do have really good prices and there's been little, if anything, I've found disappointing from them. The front desk greeters are quite friendly, and so are the budtenders. Also, I really enjoy the colorful and stimulating atmosphere inside. There's lots of interesting things to look at if you have a wait, but honestly, I can't recall ever having to wait long. It's also great that it's a combination Med and Rec location; IMO, there are not enough of those around. Finally, since it's one of their proprietary brands, IGH is the only place where you can get Grandma Georgia's chocolate bars! The 5:1 CBN:THC bars are one of my most frequent "med dispensary" buys to help me with sleep.

Eric is one of my favorite budtenders! I’m always happy to see him when I shop. He is personable, attentive & kind. I’ve always had a great overall experience at this dispensary - you’re always greeted with such warmth at the front door & every single employee I’ve interacted with has been excellent!

Staff member Christelle was awesome! I have MS and have some difficulty with word searching and staying on task... she understood and was so informative and compationate about the products that I feel comfortable with the choices we made! She is also a very empathetic person and is a great choice for medical patients who need help with products and their uses. Thank you Christelle!

First time visiting since changing ownership. Was an all around GREAT visit. From the gentleman at the front desk whom was super helpful and nice. Our budtender Sarah was the whole package. Fun, genuinely friendly, VERY knowledgeable SUPER thorough, humble and appreciative. Maddie was a great addition to our experience. ( I hope I spelt name right ) Sara made sure everything was correct on our receipt ( which I wouldn't of checked ) she spotted an overcharge and asked Maddie to fix it. They rectified it without having to ask. I LOVE it there and It's great to have people who sincerely enjoy their jobs and interact with customers beyond sales. Thank you for a GREAT 1st experience. DEF will be back..
