I have been coming here since they first opened in Northampton. I have never been disappointed in any of their products. I find that their prices are much better than others generally, with their sales for med patients that go above and beyond.

Honestly, their product is hit or miss. And they’re bad at keeping the same stuff in stock that’s super popular like happily ever after. I get let down a lot from product I buy here. I’d say 1/3 of it is good, the other stuff I end up giving away

NETA dispensary in Northampton is my go-to spot and one of my top five dispensaries. From the moment you step in, the service is exceptional. The front door greeter/check-in process is seamless, and the budtenders are knowledgeable and friendly, always ready to assist with purchases. One budtender “MANNY” in particular, always greets me as “BOSS” which I love because I live a boss lifestyle! The personalized touch and outstanding customer service keep me coming back every time. Nice place with a very organized system. We reserved our order ahead on the website which was a very easy process. We were in and out within 15 minutes of getting there. The line for those that didn't reserve seemed to be moving quick! Friendly staff, nice selection and reasonable prices. Nice job NETA!
