Well, you’ve lost ANOTHER customer. I have read through your most recent reviews and you don’t seem to care. You’re going responded to negative reviews speaks volumes. This is my 3rd year in the medical cannabis program. This location has gone down the toilet ever since it has made recreational use available. There is no longer a concern for medical use patients. What is the point of making an appointment online if you have to wait in line for 30 minutes once you get there?! When I complained about the wait and how hard it was for me to stand in line that long the cashier, “well, it’s just like going to Target and waiting in line”. First of all, this is not helpful. Secondly, I don’t make an appointment to check out at Target, and thirdly 4 people in front of me made adjustments to their orders or hadn’t done their patient evaluation before getting to the cashier! All of the “street dwellers” flock to this location now and are in the medical cannabis line. It makes no sense. I won’t be back - not that you care.
