If you buy something here, take it home, and it doesn't work... They will not honor the price you paid for an exchange. I paid $150 for two all-in-one vapes. One didn't work. I called and was told they would exchange it. What they don't tell you is that you have to pay the MUCH HIGHER exchange price (now $110 EACH) and that they WILL NOT HONOR the price you originally paid. So now I have no meds, and no ability to purchase more. All while the employees walk around with "Cannabis is Medicine" shirts.

I recently received a medication order that was short by 0.5g. While I was given a $10 credit, I was told to contact the vendor (Rise / RYTHM) directly to report the issue. As a business consultant, I believe it is Green Goods’ responsibility to escalate concerns with their partners and vendors, not the customer’s. In addition they should track to the frequency of this issue in general. During the call, Jordyn seemed to push back on this, which came across as dismissive and unprofessional. I’ve been a consistent customer, and between being shorted, the uncertainty of whether this has happened before, and the way this issue was handled at the end of the call, I’m left feeling disappointed with the overall experience.

Had a pretty ok selection to choose from. I wasn't super hyped up on the quality of the product but I know we're in the infancy stages of legal cannabis in MN so I'm trusting the quality to improve soon. But otherwise easy location to get to, staff is extremely welcoming ànd knowledgeable. They are all very "real" and a total vibe.

Green Good is an amazing clinic, I've been coming here for a little over two years, and have never had any issues with their products or service. A lot of the negative reviews for this place come from people who are more used to the legalization status in states like California, which have far more established cannabis industries and haven't had to deal with the legalization hot potato nonsense MN went through. The staff is amazing and is honestly the most welcoming of any buisness I've ever been to, and a lot of them are patients as well so you can get advice for any issues you may be having with your meds, or hell, even chronic illness lifehacks, an older woman who works the desk here gave me advice on what kinds of shoes to wear when you have injuries to your foot after I heinously hurt my toes a few months back and it legitimately helped. Also, Green Goods has some of the most accessible pricing out of all the legal dispensaries in MPLS, as someone on medicaid, words cannot describe how grateful I am for their medicaid discount.

This is my favorite dispensary in the city. The product is high quality and the people are friendly. It feels like the “neighborhood dispensary” and every visit feels natural and straight forward. I feel welcome and finding what I need is never an issue. If you are looking for a legitimate place to get premium flower, this is the best place in the city.
