Hemp House THC Dispensary and Delivery I Uptown

New to area but had purchased before from this location. Great staff, well priced quality products and AWESOME delivery service when I needed it!

I recently visited in person, and overall, it was a positive experience. I was given expired items, which they quickly resolved when I brought it to their attention. Fast forward to placing two separate pickup and delivery orders on different days. For the pickup, I was informed that all of the items I had selected were out of stock. No problem, I then placed a delivery order the following day for the same items. There was no indication anywhere that these items were out of stock, so I assumed they might be sourced from a different location. Two hours later, I received a call informing me that they were still out of stock. I understand that things are busy with new product launches and changing regulations, but a bit more organization would go a long way in saving everyone time and energy. It’s frustrating for both customers, and I’m sure staff too, and I hope this can be improved moving forward!

This place is great! They have a well-curated selection and they frequently have deals on products I love. Sal keeps it chill and he and the rest of the staff are friendly and ready to help or make recommendations if you want them.

Hemp House is a great locally owned shop in the wedge neighborhood of Uptown. I stopped in this week and had a very beneficial conversation with their store manager Cody.
