Recently I stopped into this business not really knowing what I wanted. I found myself lucky to have had an extremely knowledgeable and friendly employee Christine help me. After listening to what I was looking for she was able to show me a couple of different products for me to try. I can say with confidence I will be returning to try some of her other suggestions as well!! Thank you Rise for having good people to help those of us who are undecided!!!!

RJ helped me out when i was in recently. Very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Anytime I've been in, the staff brightens my day a little. Y'all keep being magnificent humans. Good quality product selection that rotates through different strains. A little expensive, but it's really not bad when you factor in the convenience and quality with a bonus perk of exceptional customer service.

I've been there twice for rec. I pre ordered online both times. Everytime everyone is super nice and helpful. There is a separate line for online orders and it's usually very busy so I would recommend ordering online. As for the products.. it's good. Lol Tashia helped me check out. Super nice. There is a guy that gives Seth Rogan vibes in the best way. He is also been very friendly everytime. I will definitely be going back.

Went in the morning before my shift and bought myself a disposable. Saved myself 10 dollars with their sign up bonus. Customer service was amazing from the moment I got there and left I felt welcomed and felt good vibes. Sadly I did get a defective product that was burnt and not filled all the way. My fault for not checking but it was sealed so I assumed it was good. I went back in person to see if there was a solution, Aaron (Double A) the manager was very friendly and professional. He took care of the problem for me and was kind about the mix up. Definitely will be a regular and recommend this place to people
