Use to like coming here. Now they’re always out of stock. Employees are always rude even when asking basic questions. Save your time shop somewhere else!

I called to ask about their prices and options for flower. I was told very rudely they cannot discuss that because she didn’t know me. Isnt cannabis legal? If you can’t discuss for legal reasons, which I don’t think is true, explain that. If you can’t discuss products or prices, why have a phone #?

We came in today and it was the most uncomfortable and unwelcoming experience I have ever had at a smoke shop. The associate was unhelpful and at times silent in response to my questions. I asked her a simple question of the difference between 2 hybrid strains and she said flavors? and read them out to me. I asked about the effects / difference and she just stared at me and asked what I wanted to buy. A blank stare when asking about your products is wild and so unprofessional. Like neither of us are ever going back no one wants to be that damn uncomfortable in a smoke shop.

Morgan assisted me and my woman on 12/15/23. I have NEVER removed service to this level in any establishment. Not only am I thrilled with the knowledge and ability of this person, but I am in awe at their ability to sell and be professional, while also providing a warm and welcoming environment for their customers. The store offers a plethora of inventory and they were able to help and aid me to find anything i needed. Truly, I will be coming back and investing money into this wonderful local business.

ZaZa was clean and organized. Both workers were super kind a willing to discuss things. The 2 for 1 deal is hard to beat! Coming back soon!!
