Absolutely fabulous customer service. Incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate staff. You can come in not knowing what to try or what you need, and leave feeling confident in your purchase. They have been willing to answer endless questions (with research to back up their answers!) and encourage you to follow up with them so they can help adjust products as needed. 10/10 Would highly recommend! The welcoming atmosphere made me feel comfortable and not rushed like I would typically feel in a smoke shop. They had the answers to all of my questions and were very helpful and polite throughout the entire transaction. To top it off, if it wasn’t the awesome atmosphere and the sweet and caring personality of the person who walked me through all my options, Their fur baby sealed the deal when we were treated at the counter!! :) I plan on bringing my business to this location from this point on and I would strongly recommend who ever reads the reviews does too!
