Missouri legalized recreational cannabis in November 2022 through Amendment 3, with recreational sales beginning February 3, 2023. Adults 21+ can purchase from licensed dispensaries. Missouri also expunged past cannabis convictions as part of the amendment. Medical cannabis has been available since 2018.
