From The Earth Dispensary Downtown

I understand new people will not know all of the products but they should at least research and know some of the products. I love all the people that work here. I hate given a bad review but this poor guy has no customer service skills at all. I'm so sorry!!

Faith was awesome. She was very helpful and went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of. My first time visiting and I will be back Thank you, Faith!

Faith spotted me, ready to purchase but unsure where to go. She guided me to a path directly to her station and from there was eager to hear my needs and provide solutions. And she nail it, to the strain, price and convenience I was looking for. In short, Faith rules!

First time staff was great. Second visit staff not as great. Prices a little higher than other places in 1-3 mile radius. Not super into the ipad self service but they still want a tip well which is it you want me to order my purchase or you want to help and earn a tip?? Within walking distance of many nice hotels near downtown. Parking in front of building for a quick stop in was nice. Glad they have a rewards program despite it lacking. Lots of fees if you dont use their strange billing payment option that wants you to link your bank account, pass on that part.

Frequent customer here, From The Earth was my first dispo back in the Med only days and they have remained so consistent with quality and quantity that they have earned the right to be my preferred dispensary. Jo was super polite and helpful. I had a question about a product I had purchased previously and she showed me how FTE staff can review purchase history to help you find that one strain that was so good you can't remember what it's called lol. One of the few, if not the only, dispensary to let you reasonably inspect products prior to purchase. 10/10, would tip again.
