As a 100% VA-rated disabled veteran and former U.S. Marine Corps Captain, I have visited dispensaries from California to Denver, Colorado, San Francisco Bay Area, and throughout Nevada. Nevada Wellness Center – West Dispensary is hands down the best I have ever experienced. The team here is exceptional—knowledgeable, respectful, patient, and genuinely caring. They deliver outstanding quality and service every time with professionalism that sets them apart. This location holds a special place in my heart.

Don't waste your time coming here there's a reason why this place is 24 hours yet it is always dead. Their menu and variety completely sucks. It never changes and they sell some of the worst buds in town. Stay Away !!!!

Picked up Blackberry Haze—looked like straight-up blackberries, frosty and purple. 🔥🔥🔥 Strain hit with clean energy and zero crash. Easy parking, low-drama vibe, and they respect vets. Ask about discounts. Solid tactical stop in the Vegas AO.

I wouldn't go here. No frills, no specials, no discounts, no deals, nothing even eye catching... I think they try to go for the 24hr desperate angle, but that's barely a thing. I think they will need new ownership or won't survive much longer. There are way too many dispensaries selling at 90's street prices (which is great! 😄). Save your money and time, skip this place over. Response to the owner: I walked in, I asked the "person" if you had any specials. He said, "nahh, not really. They don't do any of that." I asked what about for 1st time customers, as most offer something for 1st timers. They said, "No, and showed me the book on the counter and said that's all you had." It was nothing special but a lot of low grade weed for marked up prices. "They" even commented on "ownership". I said, "ok, thanks" and left. Not lying, lol. Ask an employee...do better.

Best deal in las vegas I kid you not ! This was the best deal I've ever got on a half ounce from a dispensary my bud tender dawn was so nice and extra sweet she welcomed me with a smile and she was so personable I really appreciate it she found me the best deal in the house which was 2 ten gram bags for $30 each and if you buy a certain strain you get a free 8th so I definitely did that I got 23.5 grams for 60 bucks out the door that was crazy I gave her a $5 dollar tip and everyone was happy I pay $65 plus tax with the other guys and I only get 14 grams So believe me when I tell you this is the best deal in town I don't know how long this sale is gonna last but get it while you can this was First time in a very long time that I felt like I got my money's worth at a dispensary If I could I'd give my bud tender ten stars 🌟10/10 service So if you're in the neighborhood stop in and make sure to ask for dawn she will treat you like family
