I usually have a great experience with the guys here, but the service at the drive-thru today (Tuesday, January 27, 2026, at 1:36 p.m.) was incredibly unprofessional.
My boyfriend and I were in Drive Thru 1 for a quick online order. The budtender, Yesenia, was extremely condescending and snarky when we didn't engage in small talk beyond a professional "good, thank you." As she handed over the order—which was fulfilled by Kitty—she gave us a fake smile and a sarcastic, "You 2 have a great day now."
Immediately after she said that, a strong, foul "poo-stink" spray smell filled the air from her direction. It felt like a deliberate, immature attempt to be rude because we weren't "chatty" enough for her. We are in and out quickly to be efficient, not to be treated with attitude or sprayed with foul odors. Management needs to address the professionalism of this shift.
Just so the staff knows: I actually carry my own air sanitizer specifically for this location because of the strong urine smell that often lingers at the front of the store. However, this was a completely different, targeted "poop spray" smell. We’ve noticed this happen before where it seems like staff sprays it at the cars in front of us when they are annoyed. It’s unprofessional and gross. Management needs to address the behavior of this shift immediately.

I visited this place and had drinks relaxed with my partner and I am not a person that does any of this but I loved the facility for her and they have a wide variety of all you want! Music drinks patio view is so beautiful!

Out of town visitor. I had high (pardon the pun) hopes this was going to be a great place to pick up some product.
Budtender was very helpful abd assisted me with making three selections. I gave her my cash and was asked to wait and my name would be called. Name called, I received my change and the gentleman was reviewing my purchases and the third item did not match. Close, but not exact. I advise the gentleman that I would not be interested in purchasing it then and his first thing to point out to me he said where there was no refunds which I thought was a little odd it wasn't like I left the premises I hadn't even been handed the product yet. He then asked for someone else to get involved and they were asking me about was it a cartridge was it a disposable I don't remember these are Brands I'm not familiar with again I'm out of town. it just was not a pleasant experience in the end I was given my money back for the substituted item, but as I walked away I could hear that I was not their favorite customer and it's unfortunate . Maybe my expectations were too high.
Everyone else was lovely including the individual who checked me inand again the bud tender. I do not want to go tgrough this again and for this reason I will simply take my money elsewhere. I hope you have a better experience than I did.
No need to rant or carry on in the details, but I bought a vape pen through the drive-through the day before it didn’t work and had to return it that evening. That was a weird experience in itself because Customer Service decided to put their mouth on it to show me it worked and then try to give it back to me.
Which I declined and was able to get another one I tried to use that one and had to bring it back the next morning cause it didn’t work either!
I went through the drive-through to do a refund or an exchange, which I was informed That she could not do through the drive-through, but I could park in the front and take care of it inside
The two pictures below shows the empty parking lot because it’s around 11 AM and possibly there’re no one inside or even busy at all hell they probably don’t have any form of customers in the building at all!!!!
The parking right in front of the building has signs that says only tribal parking. It’s about five or six parking spots available because they’ve blocked out the remainder. I seen it on my way out !!! The security post is right in front of the front Door mind u
As I’m walking in Security comes out and starts to harass me about my parking spot, which I informed them that the drive-through person told me That I could park there while running in and take care of the exchange or the refund
I was then bombarded by several security and management to move my car after I told them that it should be possibly taken up with Staff And their communication
Between themselves about where parking was or wasn’t, I wouldn’t have been in the store no more than maybe 10 minutes
I’m sure the situation could’ve been handled completely different on both ends because I wasn’t very open to the idea of being sold a fault product but then on the other hand, I didn’t wanna be harassed by staff cause of parking after I was already told by another staff member that it was fine to park there
To each their own on their decision on dispensaries, but I’ve never had such an encounter with any dispensary in Vegas like this such as this one ( I’m a local and been here awhile)
Most dispensaries has security and customer service that’s really easy going
You could practically find and communicate with anybody in the building to be able to be in and out in five minutes with whatever u need
But to be harassed, not only for a parking spot, their lack of communication, but also lack of refund or replacement for an item that was sold twice that somehow is faulty Is insane and hella uncalled for !!!!
Word of the wise proceed with caution this dispensary is straight trash(no wonder they didn’t have no customers in the building) 🙄🙄

ALWAYS check the dates on your purchases before paying $$$. My TWAX mini’s were 1 year old and expiring in 4 weeks of purchase (photo) 4/5 ⭐️

I’m glad I made the walk from Fremont Street and tonight I’ll sleep without any pain. 💚🍃
