Silver Sage in my opinion is the best dispensary! 1st they have a good variety for whatever "your" price is, 2nd the turpentine are always good, I do my homework before I go to Silver Sage, so I know what I want. 3rd I love ❤️ the car pickup service because I don't even have to get out my car. I've been to others... but Silver Sage has it all, meaning every one of there employees are the best in town alongside the product!! 💯👏

This place is great pricing considering the area. But do not have a vape cart return. It’s a sin here. They don’t like to return carts and give a lot of resistance. Crystal was aware I was driving all the way from Henderson and said she’d help me when I get there and obviously she didn’t wanna help me and was surprised on my arrival . I came from Henderson and ended up not allowing me to return the Mo Jo cart that I bought earlier this week. I am truly sorry the vape carts on occasion will not fire. It would have been easy to do a small return . But she was still offend about the phone call earlier where she was leaving and couldn’t help me and wouldn’t give me a name or who was coming into the store. The owner walks around saying he’s the owner and he will make sure I’m ok. Train your employees not to be grouchy and exhausted and bull dose the customer into no return . I only wanted the vape cart swap not to waist time arguing like she was doing clearly . Unprofessional and cash only for a reason. Watch this place they only want the cash and your a nobody if your electronic vape cart fails. Crystal was giving resistance and wanted me to come from Henderson just to be difficult. I have many friends that go for flower and say Crystal is very argumentative, over weight and takes it out on her customers. Buyers be ware. There are many other dispensaries where they aren’t so grouchy all the time and honor legit returns and don’t engage in arguments instead of handling business.

I am so grateful that this was the only place open, near me at 4am on this stressful morning. EVERYONE was warm, sweet and welcoming. Everyone said good morning, my tender was awesome and let me know that I had a discount available that I had no idea about. Even the security guard uplifted my spirits, thanks guys! I appreciate you, you shifted my energy back to its normal positive place just being around you all.
& my Maryjane was perfect for the occasion of an overwhelming morning lol 😍

This was my first visit to Silver Sage Dispensary. I happened to be in the area and decided to stop in to check it out. While the location itself isn’t in the best neighborhood, I’m always open to trying new dispensaries and forming my own opinion.
Unfortunately, my experience fell short. First, the pricing stood out immediately—prices were extremely high for the area, which already sets a higher expectation for customer service and overall experience.
The main issue, however, was the interaction with the budtender who assisted me. He was a tall, dark-skinned gentleman, approximately 6’3” or taller. From the start, his demeanor felt unwelcoming and irritated, as if helping me was an inconvenience. I was specifically looking for recreational products with certain terpene profiles. When I asked questions, products were placed in front of me abruptly without explanation or clarification as to which items were which—very different from the attentive, informative service I’m accustomed to at other dispensaries.
I made several attempts to stay pleasant and engaged, even asking about different pre-rolls in hopes that the interaction would improve. Unfortunately, the energy only became more uncomfortable, to the point where I chose not to spend my money there at all.
I want to be clear: this review is not written lightly. I’ve visited many dispensaries and have never felt the level of dismissive or negative energy that I experienced during this interaction. Some customers may overlook or brush off this type of behavior, but there are many people—myself included—who are very energy-sensitive. Customer service isn’t just about product knowledge; it’s about how customers feel while they’re there.
This type of energy is exactly what drives customers away, especially first-time visitors. I’m sharing this feedback in hopes that management takes it seriously and understands how important approachability, patience, and basic courtesy are in retaining customers and building trust.
On my way out, I made it a point to briefly share how I felt about my experience with the security guard at the front, and he did listen.
Was decent, but last few experiences weren't positive. Used to be friendly and welcoming, now the staff seems kinda socially challenged or maybe just a couple with prejudices. The delivery notification at 7am because you can't schedule a time was the last straw for me, so moving on to somewhere else.
Hope they figure it out, used to really enjoy the place.
