When I first walked in, my first thought was this place is pristine. Robert scanned me in. He was so friendly and informative. Very welcoming. Let me know about the reward program and walked me through the ordering process. Loveeeed it!!! I was greeted with a smile by Erika who was behind the counter. She cashed me out. You can use debit or they have an ATM. I chose debit. Overall a great experience. I did wish I had brought a bit of cash. I would of like to tip Erika a bit better. I'll be back 😉

I came in for the first time and I have to say that I was very impressed by the cudtomerservice I received from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out. Now thats something you dont see anymore. But this was very refreshing. The gentleman at the front desk, Kalvin..was very welcoming attentive and professional. who also assisted me at there kiosk for my order. And was very informative and plesant to talk to. And the young lady named Cecilia who was just as great. I would like to also thank you for all the help. The manager is definitely doing something right. Great store. Keep up the fantastic work guys. No dount that I will be returning. Thanks!

Honestly the staff here is by far the friendliest of any dispensary in the area. The product is great quality. Great price. Great options. But the staff makes it a nice visit every time. Some of the other dispensaries are flat out rude and bothered when you shop, these guys seem to have fun at work. Special shoutout to my tender Cieri? Ciera? She was awesome

Update (as of 01/07/2026): The Jams tasted stale, and they were stuck together. They are still in my fridge, I don’t think I want them lol. The Clear Vape makes me cough too much so it’s still around. Rhythm Live Resin 2G disposable leaks through the top; went back and got an AiroPro 2G indica vape as a replacement, won’t buy that again. AND I still haven’t opened the other one. As for Bad Batch, 10/10 for the 2G Disposable; just bought another one yesterday. — PTSD-Friendly: Yes it is a heavenly atmosphere. Drive-Thru (known as the Roll Thru): never went but it looks quick and easy 🤗 Product Availability, Prices, Discount: They have what I need, when I need it, for affordable prices even before my military or industry discount. They always have deals and sales. They have dope brand apparel and even doper accessories that will have you spending money on things you didn’t even think you needed. Customer Service: 99.9% Why not 💯% you ask? Because I have to order at a kiosk before I get to the register, where the budtenders are located. Facility: 💯 Clean and organized. Follow the signs, they actually lead you to the right place lol. AND they have amazing cannabis history throughout, so you can get educated and get your smokes all in one location. I had a great experience at Rise Cannabis thanks to the amazing staff. Erikka was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made the experience feel welcoming and easy. The young gentleman Eddie at the front who checked our IDs and helped us at checkout was just as wonderful—friendly, professional, and he offered a great selection that really fit what we were looking for. The whole team made the visit smooth and enjoyable. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and will definitely be back.
