I have used this dispensary multiple times and am always happy with them; but unfortunately I placed and order online and it gave me a price of around $65, so I brought $80 cash to cover it. When I came into the store the price was different (closer to $110) and the refused to honor the original price I was given so I was unable to make the purchase as I didn’t bring that much cash

N Vegas location- Centennial Pkwy: Service- Staff: 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Very knowledgeable and friendly, always happy to make a recommendation based on the effects you’re looking for. Service- Wait Times: 🌟🌟 I’ve never been inside when there weren’t at least 10 people in line, but usually more, and there are always budtenders walking around behind the counter that are obviously not working on any orders- maybe get more registers, or have these budtenders help the customers that are waiting, in their order of entry- they get it ready so when you get to the register, all you gotta do is pay. Whether you’re in store or in the drive-thru, expect to wait at least 20 minutes- but usually more to get to the front of the line. I lived literally across the street, so I switched to deliveries to save myself have to wait in line all day, but they rarely arrived within the scheduled timeframe. I ended up switching to Jardin delivery- you can call them for an update on the driver’s expected arrival time, and the driver always texts when they’re a few minutes away. And the few times Jardin has run into a hiccup and my order wouldn’t arrive until 30 mins or more past the scheduled window, they’ve called to apologize and give me an estimated arrival time.

I’ve been purchasing from this location for over a year. I recently lost my ID, I came in to speak with a manager regarding online orders. The manager: NATE, told me he couldn’t help, that he was barred from speaking with me and told me to leave. I asked if he would be willing to speak with me outside and he refused. I asked if I would be able to call and speak with him and he still refused. I never write reviews, but this customer service interaction alone was so horrible and awful that I will not be recommending my friends or family to come purchase from this location anymore. Do better, NATE.

### 4.8/5 Stars: Quick, Friendly, and Full of Great Deals! I popped into this dispensary on a busy Sunday afternoon, and I have to say, the pick-and-wait times were straight-up stellar—no long lines or endless scrolling through menus. From walking in to walking out with my haul, it took less than 10 minutes, which is a godsend when you're just trying to grab your favorites and go. The staff was super chill and knowledgeable, guiding me through the options without any pressure. What really sealed the deal (pun intended) was the killer promotions they had running—BOGO on select edibles and a solid 20% off flower for first-timers like me. Quality was on point too: fresh, potent buds that hit just right. If you're in the area, this spot's a no-brainer for efficient service and wallet-friendly steals. Highly recommend!

I love this location but they really need to get their drive thru in order. They will spend 10-20 minutes chatting or searching on their phone for what they want and there’s no prompt telling them to already have an order in. If I wanted to waste 20 minutes of gas I would have gone to the Reef where they serve in reasonable time. I came at 11 at night and have been stuck here for 30 minutes.
