The security guy on shift today blew smoke on a pedestrian’s face and laughed about it. When confronted and reported inside the store, the staff did not do anything and he just told me to “enjoy the cold”. Do something before a formal complaint is filed for harassment and unprovoked attack. And a formal charges will be filed against the employee.

If this dispensary is interested in calling itself a medical provider of cannabis but is, in reality, not much different from a commercial provider—as it is strictly for profit—then what is the point of listing it as a medical provider? The state agency responsible for regulation is leaving users vulnerable to scams unless it takes action to fix the medical rollout for patients.

The staff is rude violent and aggressive the especially the blond woman with curly hair that works there she lashed out yelled and kept aggressively charging at me to the point where her coworkers had to hold her back all because I said I was gone record the situation for my safety. if she didn’t intend on harming me why would she worry about me recording for my safety? The entire situation started because I asked them to remove my medical information from their system which they did not retaining my medical information without my permission is a clear HIPPA violation. I will be filing complaints with the proper governmental agencies. Check the cameras from 9-13-25 roughly between 4:40 and 5 pm and you’ll see exactly how unhinged the behavior of your staff was.

Knowledgeable, honest, professional and friendly staff. They treat every patient with respect and carry there business in a safe and welcoming area. Unfortunately they are now only open Fridays and Saturdays so my visits have become fewer and far between. Too bad, really liked this place.

This was the worst experience I ever had. I brought 2 ounces. 14 of Hashplant and 14 of gorilla breath and 28 of zittles. All of the flowers were dried out!!! None of the packages had humidifiers in them. I wasted over $300. I spoke to chip the manager. He said there is nothing he can do. DO NOT GO THERE!! THIS IS THE WORST DISPENSARY FOR FLOWERS!!! Dont believe me? Look at the pictures
