With carts there’s always gonna be that chance that you’re gonna get a bad one and I had that happened to me at kind leaf. I went back to get a replacement and that one wasn’t working either and when I came back for the third time, they were still super polite to me and offered me a different selection with the same brand, and the vape finally worked. The reason it wasn’t working was because of the vape not the battery I exchanged my battery twice just to make sure, and when I came back the third time to kindleaf, they were super polite they Didn’t have to help me with the exchange, but they did it out of their own kindness. thank you kind leaf From my mother going here And now her daughter, I am very proud to say that this is my favorite dispensary

First time customer to this dispensary and don't plan to return. The place is clean and the staff that helped me was very friendly. My reason for not returning would be the lack of deals, their loyalty rewards are insanely stingy, and they top shelf 8th I got for 50$ turned to dust in my grinder. Checked the dates on the label and it was harvested in mid January (currently almost September). Top shelf is supposed to be fresh which is why it's worth paying the extra for.

As of right now I will not be shopping here anymore. It has been multiple accounts of over charging or just not getting all the product you purchased. They won't answer their phones, nor do they give you a call back. I would ALWAYS get a receipt for what you purchased and check it before you step foot off the property. It's one thing to happen once, but this is the 4 or 5th time and this time product was completely missing. Edit: The manager did call me and explained the situation that happened that day and made things right.
