I would not recommend purchasing from this establishment. I returned a cartridge that was clearly defective, as it was leaking oil excessively. I was initially told an exchange could not be offered because the cartridge was less than half full, despite the defect being the apparent cause of the loss. While the cartridge was ultimately exchanged, I was told this would be a “one-time” exception. This was confusing and frustrating, as the cartridge was visibly faulty upon inspection and was actively leaking oil. Stating that this would be the “last time” is unreasonable when the issue resulted from a manufacturing defect rather than customer misuse. The interaction felt inconsistent and unprofessional, particularly given the shifting explanations and reliance on “owner policy” after the fact.

Thurs is absolutely the very best!!? Everybody here rocks! Sierra is super helpful and the funniest bartender. I love this place. They have the best deals. Don't bother with any other dispensary, for real!!!

It would be nice if their pricing was the same as advertised. Twice I have been in recently where a listed item was priced at $6, but once I was rang up, it was $15 (I know about taxes, this was before). Same the second time...marked at 12.50, but rang for $15. Usually not a problem, but they didn't even offer to honor their price/mistake. 30 years in retail and we honor our errors for the customer. We would get fined for price not matching shelf tag. Very disappointed this happened twice and both times it was not honored. Will choose another shop.

The store is clean, well-organized, and has a great selection. Every visit is quick, easy, and enjoyable. Definitely my go-to spot!

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Though last time they mixed up our orders and put back the ones we wanted. They're usually fast and efficient without rushing the customer.
