Went here after a night out and ended up getting charged for an expensive concentrate when I asked for the cheapest. I did not realise till I looked at my bank statement in the morning. I was extremely annoyed this living on a budget. Called the shop and explained what happened and they were so nice and ended up making it right! Its nice to see business taking care of their customers!

The flower and concentrates here are the best I've ever had, the flower and rosin are delightfully terpy! Let's not forget to mention the budtenders that works here, they're very well educated on the products they sell and shout out to Sterling! As a forest gnome, I know my herbs but Oregrown is on a whole other level. The shop feels like a modern apothecary where humans and woodland folk alike can browse in peace. Everything is neatly displayed, and the vibes are calmer than a moss hammock at dawn. Sterling was exceptional. Knowledgeable, friendly, and patient while I asked about things. He guided me to exactly what I needed without making me feel rushed…a true bud-wizard. If there were merit badges for customer service, I’d pin one to his cloak myself.
