Some of the worst staff to work with. Completely dismissive and disrespectful. Manager has a complete lack of a backbone and no integrity to stand up for any of their customers.

I had a really great experience at Urban Farmacy! The staff was super friendly and helpful, answered all my questions, and didn’t make me feel rushed. The space is clean and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This was my first time actually in a dispensary (I've only ever ordered delivery or online before) and I had a wonderful experience. I didn't catch the name of who helped me, but they were so so nice and were able to give me many recommendations based off of all my wants and needs! I got a couple new gummies to try for different circumstances, and I've got a few more I have my eyes on for next time I'm in. I get very nervous visiting new places so it's always such a relief when people are this kind and knowledgeable! Also, their prices are very reasonable, at least compared to gummies that I was getting delivered prior to this. I'll definitely stop in again, and I'll be recommending them to all of my friends in the neighborhood! And, even though I don't smoke, I really loved their clear displays and labeling of different flowers. I would definitely come here for advice if I ever choose to start partaking in that way.

Great variety and Great customer service. Daily Specials; Monday-Friday deal where if you come before noon, and spend at least $20 you get an additional % off your total purchase. Variety of strains like Hash Burger, Durban & Pineapple Express. Emily was friendly and helpful with information and selection. Nice petite facility w/ waiting area. Parking in the back of building. Good pricing, premium flower choices & topicals. 10/10 Recommend!

First-time experience. Brad, aka Darb, was super knowledgeable and friendly. Stopped by because of the reviews. Fantastic selections, professionally curated. Left with smiles from ear to ear. Highly recommended!
