A. JOKE. I'm a Utah resident here for summer vacation, i'm a college student 22 and I've been here for about a month. I've heard GREAT things about this shop and wanted to try it out. The worker there claimed my ID was FAKE. I was born and raised in Utah, my apologies you weren't familiar state ID's but there wasn't anything else I could've shown. My first drivers license expired when I turned 21 (duh) and all I had left was my University ID from back in Orem Utah. I understand they take that type of job seriously but it was poorly handled. Do better. I took myself to Higher Leaf down in Factoria and they got me right like always :)

Hands down the absolute BEST place to find medical cannabis products, in the Seattle area, if not all of Washington! This is a legit medical store. Not only do they have an excellent range of products, for a variety of medical needs, the staff is also knowledgeable about the inventory and is always happy to help you find the right solution for whatever issue your dealing with. They can also help you if your on a tight budget, they will recommend what they think will be most helpful not what's most expensive. As someone who deals with chronic pain, this place has been life-changing! I've gotten a quality of life back that I had almost given up on, without the need for other painkillers. They've also helped friends and coworkers that I've recommended them too. If anyone in my own family (God forbid) needed the pain relief (or anti naseau benefits etc.) that their products provide. I'd tell them to go here without hesitation.

I have been coming here for years for medical use.. always been an excellent place. Recently some of the staff has left and it has gone down hill substantially. Also, the stock they have is getting really bad too. I used to be able to get some really high quality RSOs.. but now for a good 6 months, nothing good... This last time, I brought in some packaging from previous stuff I have bought so they could see what I've been buying and in hopes to see if they had something similar. The new guy(or the only one left) said it is considered an open container for marijuana and I need to leave the store or put it away. I've been here more than a dozen times. Done this everytime and even interacted with managers(showing them my packaging) to try to find the stuff that works best for my medical needs.. he was pretty rude about it.. and it was a bad interaction and experience. How is bringing in cardboard packaging now considered an open container? Is carrying around a cardboard box that once held beer now considered an open container too? This is pretty ridiculous.. not recommending this place and with this type of attitude, this place will continue to go down hill.. I'm going to look for other medical places.. this place used to be good with past staff.. but now isn't worth going to.

Amazing and knowledgeable staff that go above and beyond what's required. They have exceeded my expectations and genuinely care about matching you with a product to meet your needs. I highly highly recommend The Novel Tree Medical and the wonderful staff that works there!

Walking in I immediately felt welcome. I'm completely new to most of everything they offer since living on the east side of Washington we don't have anything like this that I know of available to us. The consultant was very I formative and was able to explain what would be good to start with. She gave me info on doctors just wish we had a list of doctors on this side of WA to get into. I for sure will be doing some more research and doctor searching so I can make a trip up for more advice from them! Truly was just such a great experience.
