Mobile ordered several hours before showing up at the store, mobile order was confirmed by email to be ready, waited at the store for a half an hour almost, for them to need to check me again and pick the order then, not giving me an online order slip that is usually stapled to the bag. Why mobile order if you’re not gonna take it off the shelf before I arrive? Wasn’t any faster and wasn’t any more convenient. Terrible system. Won’t be returning

Nakita W was fabulous! This is the first time I've been to this store, I usually go down to downtown Tacoma and the north end. She was the most knowledgeable sales associate I have met in the industry so far. There was no bullshit answers, And she knew all her products. Impressive! She is an asset to your store.

I appreciate how she took the time to listen to answer my questions, than show me options! She was also clear and articulate with her responses. Beyond expectation.
