Big BIG shout out to Cleo at Danks in Tacoma. I ordered online and when I came in, she was very polite and friendly and reminded me to look at the products by having them out of the bag. I forget to do this sometimes and I get burnt, but Cleo had my back and I made my purchase with ease. She was very knowledgeable and resourceful too when I asked about a brand I like that they were out of. She gave me a few tips on when to check back in with them that were helpful to me. First experience in this place, and I will DEFINITELY come back. Thanks Cleo. And thank you Danks! Welcome to Tacoma.

Clean shop, good selection, poor communication skills. Good location and parking. I watched staff get annoyed by questions from guests, and make rude comments about people calling. I was one of those people calling, when I came in myself the same person on the phone was complaining about being "bothered" by daily operations. So I can only imagine what was said about me. Lots of potential, we will see with time.

Danks Warehouse Tacoma continues to set the standard. AD he's from Georgia (just look for a guy with accent) recommendation was absolutely on point the flower was 🔥🔥. Smooth smoke, clean burn, and the taste was dope from start to finish. You can tell real thought went into the recommendation, not just pushing product. AD was the best knowledgeable, genuine, and truly cares about the customer experience. The way he moves shows professionalism and integrity, and it’s clear he takes pride in what he does. Major shoutout to Jackie as well for the leadership. Shawty runs a tight ship lol. But seriously The way AD represents the shop is a direct reflection of her leadership and the culture she’s built. AD even made sure to show her love and give her credit that says everything about the integrity of him. Also shoutout to Dylan C, I went to this store 3x and no complaints each time. Thank you for the consideration and the solid experience. If you’re in Tacoma and want quality product, real recommendations, and a team that actually cares, Danks Warehouse is the place. Highly recommended.

Quick,friendly & well informed all while having an excellent selection of everything. Even hash rosin for all budget ranges. Did I mention they also currently have a store wide sale! If that isn’t the cherry on the sundae!

I really enjoy this spot more than most places in the area. The security team out front are always professional and keep things running smoothly, which makes walking in feel comfortable and easy. Po is really cool. Inside, the atmosphere is super friendly and inviting. The staff are genuinely nice, and I appreciate that most of them really know their stuff when it comes to concentrates. Cameron, in particular, is really cool and knowledgeable. The rosin area is set up really well, and I love being able to check everything out up close. Every now and then they have stickers or vendors in the shop, which is a fun bonus. I was a huge fan of the 40% deal while it was around, that alone made this my goto shop for rosin. My only real complaint now is the pricing online. The discounts don’t seem to change, and only a few brands stay discounted every day. There’s never an “everything on sale” day, even on Fridays like a lot of other shops do. The mid grade rosin product also doesn't rotate with new stuff the way it used to. I’m really hoping the discounts rotate more or that they bring something similar back. Overall, though, this place is fantastic. Even when I call with a question, the staff are always polite and helpful.
