Service is hit and miss here, prices are a bit on the more expensive side too so I only come here when I don't have time to go to another place since this is the closest place I got.

Whoever is in charge of hiring really needs to do better. The cashiers only give your daily discounts to who they want. I ordered online (today’s Wednesday 20% off) it showed my total. I go in pick it up and notice she’s charging me FULL PRICE, so I ask her “isn’t today 20% off?” Her response with an attitude is “yep” but still doesn’t give me it. The other cashier and customer is getting the 20% off bcz I hear them start talking about it. This isn’t the first time this girl has done this. She obviously has a problem with certain ppl DO BETTER FOR REAL

I'll never go here again. I was strapped for cash today and I told the dude at the counter that I was just trying to buy a 4.99 joint. I saw the price online and asked the guy about it. He found a lemon haze joint 2x the price. I told him I would just have to order it online then he said oh we have other lemon haze singles. He found one and I went to pay and it. It was 4.99 but he said to run my card I would need to add 3 more cents because the min was $5.01 so I added a lighter I didn't need. When I realized the card processing fee was $3.50 I said nevermind Ill just break the $20 i had for gas he ended up charging me for the lighter when I only needed it to meet the minimum purchase for a card transaction. When I said something about it he said well idk and just stared at me. Also when I gave him my number he didn't offer to sign me up for the rewards club. It was terrible customer service. Sorry I wasn't making a major purchase, thats no reason to treat me rudely. I'll only ever go to Bud Barn from now on.
