Always order ahead and pay in advance. If you use your card you’re not going to get the discount, you will be charged a processing fee, and you will be charged an ATM fee. Ended up paying around $21 for less than a G. I went through the same thing at a dispensary in Ohio that said they’d prefer me to check out at the counter I ended up paying $26 for a G so the next time I checked out via bank online and didn’t have that issue. Makes it hard to want to support dispensary but it’s convenient when you’re traveling.

Second bad experience, so unfortunately today will be my last visit. I let the first one regarding being misinformed about my points - I knew I had what I had but was told I didn’t and couldn’t use them- only for them to have had a technical error and their system wasn’t allocating the points correctly. It worked itself out so no big deal. Today, I come for the Black Friday sale and misread the sale that all products are 40% off. So I ordered what I wanted and figured I’d also use my points to save. I ask the budtender (plus size white lady with thick hair that sometimes wear glasses, sometimes doesn’t) about the 40% off and she tells me it’s the MISSION brand so I ask is it too late to switch? She half sighs, rolls her eyes looks at the line and says “well, sort of, do you even know what you want?” So I ask her a few questions she bangs her mouse and starts typing fast. Meanwhile, I can over hear TWO customers being kindly and patiently waited on as they ask questions, make changes to their orders and take time getting their payments together. I can tell she’s impatient and ready to move on so I just pick a strain I’m familiar with and roll with that. It’s only like $7 difference. I ask to use my points she says well then you don’t qualify for the gift. I just keep my original order and tell her “ I can tell I must be getting on your nerves or something, so I’ll just keep that and go” she gives a half smile then tries to perk up her attitude. It’s too late. There are literally hundreds of dispensaries with cheaper and better products. I just come here because it’s close, convenient and I usually have good service. I’ve been shopping here since I moved close which is about 3 years now. I was just there on the 23rd, yesterday and today. Those purchases alone were over $200 in less than a week. I can take my $$ elsewhere if someone is too busy to answer a few questions about a luxury item that I don’t even need to buy. Experiences like that make me want to quit altogether to be honest.

Clean establishment, knowledgeable employees and a variety of products. We were asked for identification upon entry and you are directed to iPads to select and place your order. Since we did not know much about the products, one of the employees came from behind the counter to assist and educate us on the products.

Great place to buy smoke. It’s one person/party allowed in the vestibule. Once inside, you can look at the menu and place your order on the iPad kiosk. Make sure to keep your ID out for the register.
