I came on their opening Friday and the staff managed the line so well! I now go out of my way to stop here when I’m visiting the cities. This dispensary has a welcoming vibe: clean, funky, and has good mood lighting and music. Sabby and Rin helped me out and were lovely folks who made me feel seen and welcomed. I didn’t feel dumb for asking questions. They also have a good rotating selection of accessories available in store. Awesome joint!

Tammy was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and guided me through the options with confidence and care. I was especially pleased with the wide variety of edibles available. Overall, it was a great experience, and I truly appreciated her excellent customer service.

Flower is dry/crumbly, and the customer service is awful sometimes. Go to Eagan! I honestly think it would be wise to separate medical from recreational, even more than they do now. Like three staff for recreational, three for medical. But make it more obvious who goes where. I was talked to passive-aggressively for going to the counter without being called. I was in the appropriate line. It didn’t make sense. He said “well I guess I’m helping you now. Next time, wait to be called.” And the other guy said he had to help medical patients first. I get that there are patients who need this medically, but we are all paying customers and shouldn’t be forced to wait. I just think things need to be done a little differently in that regard.
